Weiber air showers as a source of contamination control technology; can greatly enhance Clean Room’s performance by removing surface contamination from clothing and Clean Room garments. Air Showers blow off and remove much of this contamination preventing it from entering the clean space. The primary focus of a clean room is to control the levels of contamination by creating a differential pressure between the clean room and the surrounding area and to filter the air entering the room. Our air shower is fully self contained unit and fully equipped to provide complete decontamination solutions to the clean room or manufacturing area such as Pharma Production, Micro-Electronic Fabrications and Production Units, Semi-Conductor Production Lines and Basic And Applied Science Research Laboratories; from personnel entering the working space. Our air showers are made up of heavy industrial grade wooden mica clad wooden boards or SS 304 or SS 316 and it is provided with the blower bearing ISI mark on its motor. It is fitted with fully washable synthetic pre-filter and HEPA filters made up of mini pleated non woven fabric having efficiency better than 99.99% at cold DOP and 99.97% at hot DOP.

1.    Kjeldahl distillation unit

Weiber Kjeldahl distillation unit; suitable for the determination of organic nitrogen hence the protein content by the relation % Protein = 6.25 x % using Kjeldahl method that consists of three steps; digestion, distillation and titration. It is made up of knitted layer of glass fabric combined with flexible heating element, encased in Mild Steel housing wrapped by the flexible heater, another layer of glass cloth is placed on the lower mantle held firmly by a circular aluminum ring. It has a minimum of 3 and maximum of 6 mantles and is provided with fume duct held by a clamp. Temperature ranges from ambient to 350oC controlled by a Sun Vic Energy Regulator.
2.    Micro Kjeldahl distillation unit

Weiber micro Kjeldahl distillation double walled unit consists of a heavy casted top made of high grade block of SS304 with room for heating 40 digestion tubes of 75 ml made up of high energy efficient borosilicate glass and this heating is due to heating elements that are made up of high grade kanthal A 1 non magnetic wire, the painted and rust proofed outer casing of this unit is consist of PCRC sheet, the gap in between the walls filled with mineral wool that ensures maximum thermal efficiency.It has a temperature range of 50oC to 350oC and the temperature is controlled through electronic solid state temperature controller cum indicators or microprocessor based digital temperature controller cum indicator. This unit; suitable for the determination of organic nitrogen hence the protein content by the relation % Protein = 6.25 x % using Kjeldahl method that consists of three steps; digestion, distillation and titration.
3.    Soxhlet extraction unit

Weiber Soxhlet extraction unit made up of a solvent reservoir extraction assembly with 6 extraction places with concentric metal rings of various diameters to suit 100 ml flasks to 250 ml flasks and built in steam generator and provided with a stand, a clamp holder,Soxhlet extraction (Condenser) glass and extraction flask of 60 ml.It has the temperature range of 50oC to 350oC and the temperature is controlled through electronic solid state temperature controller cum indicator. These units are suitable for extraction of lipids or the compounds having limited solubility in a solvent.
